2014년도 GPS로고 변경 및 RC 업데이트내용

2014년부터 ICCA GPS로고가 새롭게 변경됩니다.
본 안건은 지난 10월 제2차 ICCA CP&H 회의 시 (10.23-24, 미국) 논의되었으며 여러 시안 중 최종 선택된
디자인 시안과 금년부터 새롭게 시행될 GPS전략(홍보 문구 등)을 첨부해드리오니 참고 바랍니다.
더불어, ICCA CP&H에서 같이 전달된 RC Global Charter업데이트(`14.1 최근) 또한 같이 확인 부탁드립니다.
